  2. Service Agreement: By placing an order with MPA City Linen Care, you agree to pay for the services rendered based on the rates provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash on delivery. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We strive to process orders promptly and provide estimated delivery/pickup times based on workload and availability. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or technical issues may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will communicate any delays and work to resolve the issue promptly. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of your order and scheduled service date.
